Basement excavation complete
Basement excavation complete. The floor slab is being cast as are the basement walls. Temporary sheet piling used to retain the embankment. It’s also enabling us to keep the existing barn and office in place until the new nursery structures are in place. Formwork used to cast the reinforced concrete walls. Steel reinforcement bars used to construct the solid basement walls. The new access road as viewed from Row Town. This will be opened up in the coming months whereby the existing access road will be closed off to make way for the new care home.
