Rodwell House is a purpose built home in extensive and peaceful grounds in Addlestone, Surrey. The team are well-equipped to deliver 24-hour nursing care in high quality, affordable accommodation. We cater to a variety of care needs, particularly dementia-related.
The Home consists solely of Care Suites. These are larger rooms than those found in traditional nursing homes, designed with residents and their families in mind. Each room has its own living room and kitchen space, encouraging independence as well as family and friends’ visits.

We believe it is important to understand each resident’s past and present relationships, empowering them to talk about their memories, to give them a chance to be heard and feel valued. We pride ourselves on providing Relationship Centred Care™ which puts each resident at the heart of a mutually beneficial relationship between their family and friends, carers and healthcare professionals.

We utilise digital technologies to personalise our residents’ care. Always placing the resident first, we’re use remote monitoring (only with granted consent) to “end the round” – enabling staff to support residents only when they need to, as opposed to through routinised, institutional checks.

Every year, we recognise the exceptional care of the people who work at Rodwell House. We identify those who go above and beyond, by giving an award to two individuals, one voted for by relatives, and one voted for by our Registered Manager. This year, we congratulate Tusharhumar and Jijo!
